Couplings transmit high rev/min

Rino Industries’ bellows couplings are used where two rotating, opposite shafts must be coupled with force-locking and without backlash

Rino Industries of Chesterfield has released versatile metal bellows couplings. They are applied primarily to highly dynamic, controlled drives for example in CNC machines, automation devices and packaging, textile, servo, material handling and general drive technology machines. They are used where two rotating, opposite shafts must be coupled with force-locking and without backlash.

The advantages of these metal bellows couplings are their high torsional stiffness and their ability, thanks to a low moment of inertia, to transmit high rev/min with good angular accuracy and without backlash.

Angular, lateral and axial offset can be compensated, the resulting reaction forces can be neglected.

The force locking construction of the flanges allows easy assembly and handling.

series AK metal bellows couplings are available in a torque range of 30 to 5000Nm and a diameter range of 12-85mm.

Couplings can also be modified to customer’s specifications.
